Статья посвящена исследованию значения Конституции как основы безопасности личности в правовом государстве. На основе выявления сущности и роли Конституции как основного закон государства, сущности и значения безопасности для человека, автор подчеркивает, что безопасность личности является важной конституционной ценностью, которая должна быть гарантирована и обеспечена государством на основе своих конституционных обязательств по отношению к своим гражданам, к своему народу.

The article is devoted to the study of the meaning of the Constitution as the basis for the security of person in a rule of law. On the basis of identifying the essence and the role of the Constitution as the fundamental law of the state, the essence and importance of security for a person, the author emphasizes that the security of the person is an important constitutional value that must be guaranteed and ensured by the state based on its constitutional obligations in relation to its citizens, to its people.
