În ansamblul articolelor folosite în ceremonialul nupțial, ce reprezintă una dintre cele mai principale verigi ale vieții, accesoriile ocupă un loc aparte, reprezentând legătura atât cu tradiția, cât și cu inovația, tendințele şi designul artistic. Menite să marcheze o zi unică în viaţă, accesoriile ceremoniale au luat întotdeauna cele mai variate forme. Ne-am propus drept scop să efectuăm o retrospectivă a evoluției acestor accesorii în cadrul ansamblului nupțial în spațiul actual al Republicii Moldova pentru a scoate în evidență tipurile pieselor, materiile prime folosite, importanța și tendințele artistice. Accesoriile studiate în baza materialelor de teren, a cataloagelor expoziționale și a literaturii de specialitate au fost clasificate în inele de logodnă și cununie pentru miri, lănțișoare, coliere și mărgele, agrafe pentru coafură, cununi folosite în ceremonialul laic și cel bisericesc, mănuși, voal ș.a. Inelele din aur, mai rar argint, la dorinţă, pe partea verso a inelului, au avut numele mirilor, simboluri şi jurăminte de credinţă şi dragoste. Ca regulă, pentru realizarea accesoriilor se folosesc culori albe, imaculate, subliniind inocența miresei și importanța evenimentului. Accesoriilor de nuntă le revine o pondere specială, fiind un indicator al statutului social şi economic al mirilor, dar și al tendințelor artistice ale vremii şi necesităţilor pragmatice.

In the totality of items used in the bridal ceremony, which is one of the most important elements of life, the accessories occupy a special place, representing the link with both tradition and innovation, and trends and artistic design. Designed to mark a unique day in life, ceremonial accessories have always taken the most varied forms. We aim to make a retrospective review of the evolution of these accessories in the bridal ensemble on the current territory of the Republic of Moldova in order to highlight the types of items, the raw materials used, the importance and the artistic tendencies. The accessories, we studied on the basis of site materials, exhibition catalogs and specialized literature, were classified into engagement rings and bridal wedding rings, necklaces, necklets and beads, hairstyling clips, wreaths used in the secular and church ceremonies, gloves, veils etc. At wish, gold rings, rarely silver, have the names of the brides, symbols and vows of faith and love engraved on their back. As a rule, immaculate white colors are used to make the accessories, highlighting the bride’s innocence and the importance of the event. We emphasize that wedding accessories have a special weight, being an indicator of the social and economic status of the brides, but also of the artistic tendencies of the time and of the pragmatic necessities.
