In the transition from a totalitarian political system with the planned economy to a democratic one based on market relations, jurisdiction and the organizations comprising the system has undergone essential changes, even more, must recognize that the integration into European structures requires may reform subtle divisions of the system. One of the reforms taking place in this direction is the cession of the attributes of organizations that directly or indirectly influence the level of public employment or social policy directs the work. As public policy, social policy reflects the state of reporting by institutions empowered to influence the living conditions, in order to achieve improvements for all or certain segments. |
