It has been determined the possibility of identifying additives of synthesized glycerol in wine in order to adjust the extract and organoleptic properties. For this the gas chromatography method is used for determining in wine the impurities characteristic for synthesized glycerol-3-metoxi-1,2-propandiol (3-MPD) or digliceride ciclice (CycDs). The determination includes the extraction of wine’s samples with diethyl ether followed by chromatography of the extract on gas chromatograph with fl ame ionization or mass spectrometry detector and capillary column of high polarity |
