În prezentul articol autorul abordează una dintre cele mai importante probleme la etapa actuală a gândirii filosofice contemporane, relevându-se tendinţa de reexaminare a metodelor clasice, de reanalizare a sensului dreptului. În viziunea autorului, în ultimii ani au început a fi aplicate noi metodologii de cercetare a dreptului, cum ar fi hermeneutica. Anume în baza acestei metodologii autorul cercetează problemele filosofiei dreptului la etapa contemporană.

In this article the author tackles one of the most important problems at the present time of the modern philosophic conceptions, which have a tendency of reexamination of the classical methods, of re-analyzing of the law sense. In the author’s opinion, the new methods of the law research started to be applied, such as hermeneutics in the recent years. Applying namely this methodology, the author researches the problems of the law philosophy at the contemporary period of time.
