Scopul studiului rezidă în determinarea esenței contractului de credit bancar. Aspectele terminologice și istorico-juridice de evoluție a conceptului studiat; cercetarea aspectelor conceptuale referitoare la momentul încheierii, modificării și încetării contractului de credit bancar; identificarea diferitor probleme practice legate de exercitarea drepturilor și obligațiilor în contractul de credit bancar.

The purpose of this research is to define the concept of contract of banking credit; the main objectives of the research include the study of the evolution of the terminology and legal aspects of the conclusion, change and termination of the contract of banking credit; the provision of content examples of the contract of banking credit and the solutions to problems related to the application right and obligations.
