Two years ago, when Moldova launched its Initiative for Excellence in Knowledge, an action plan for association to the Seventh Framework
Programme, we have set a very ambitious goal-to become a full member of European scientific community. European Commission and, in particular, the General Directorate for Research and Innovation, proved to be reliable partners who have provided invaluable support throughout the process. On the other hand, a full national consensus has allowed us to insist on the idea of Moldova’s association to FP7 and strengthen our national research capacity. Association to the FP7 is extremely important for Moldova in general. |
