It has been studied the action of the bioremedy BioR of cyanobacterial origin on some haematological parameters of the clinical status in adult quails under physiological conditions. The biological activity of the tested remedy was evaluated in experiments conducted on 200 adult quails divided into five groups, 40 birds each. It has been established that the BioR remedy, tested on quails, was well tolerated and contributed to their health improvement, reflected in lower values of the body temperature and the respiratory rate throughout the study. The experimental groups treated with the remedy BioR showed a decrease of the erythrocytes values on one hand, and an increase of MCV, MCH, MCHC and RDW on the other hand as compared to the control group, the difference between them being statistically inconclusive. |
