The article represents a study on the objective side of the offences provided by the Paragr.(1) art.217 and Paragr. (1) art.2171 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. As an essential requirement for the completeness of the objective side of the offences provided by the Paragr.(1) art.217 and Paragr.(1) art.2171 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova appears the illegality that characterizes the action that bears on the plants that contain narcotic and psychotropic substances. The opinion that both of the offences provided by the Paragr.(1) art.217 and Paragr.(1) art.2171 are formal offences is reasoned. |
