Legal statute of person and his body, which integrity must be protected, comes from the notion of bio ethical person. Determination of human biological material represents theoretical significance as well as practical one. The solving of these dilemmas is a good way for ensure on exact enforcement of law which settles the refounding of prejudice in case of health and body damaging as a result of violation the legal provisions concerning protection of human produces and organs. In the same time, the establishment of the limitations for human rights over biological material helps to find out the social danger of incidental behavior regarding the medical biotechnologies, fact that justifies some incriminations. |
