Following the growing public interest, national government interest or international corps interest for the transnational organized crime cases, this article introduces us in the most spreading areas of the phenomena. In this way, the criminal groups are understood as the most representative of the transnational organized crime. It is believed to be a real threat for the national security, in the case of it’s involvement in the arms traffic or in the free markets undermine. The author informs about our country and other world nations or organizations variety of initiatives in the way of combating this challenge. Through the promotion of the corruption, the power abuse or the dirty money, transnational organized crime leads to the democracy and economic disruption.
