| Rezumat | ||||||
This article researches in a comparatively the settlement of the penal accountability for the crimes against the family and minors, according to German, Dutch and Swiss penal laws. Among other things, the improvement of the similar dispositions from the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova, following the most successful examples of juridical elevation of those three countries legislation, is recommended. Ahead of all it is underlined the proposal of fusing the components from art.202 and 203 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova, according to the example assured by the German legislator at §170 from the German Criminal Code. |
