This article reveals the mediating aspects of the political life. The author gives us concrete examples of how printed press from Republic of Moldova (independent and party) reflects and analyses the political phenomena and the events of the reality. Resulting from the press activity practice, the article contains suggestions concerning the necessity of the policy mediating area expansion not only through immediate and rapid information about life events but also through a deeper analysis and explanation of social and political processes. In this case, journalists are to exploit entirely all possibilities of the analytical journalism in order to percept the political reality.
