Rezumat

E-government aims to reform and streamline government in the spirit of new developments in information technology and the Internet, in a new paradigm of government - from government that leads to a government that provides services to citizens. The solutions to date on computerization of public sector activities have been based on traditional government approaches - a bureaucratic and strongly segmented government. An important obstacle to consider in the implementation of e-Governance solutions is the lack of a methodological approach. The paper discusses some aspects regarding the implementation methodology of e-Government solutions - the interoperability of e-Government solutions, the necessity and role of a conceptual reference model of e-Governance, the establishment of a common data infrastructure in order to ensure the conditions necessary for the development of complex electronic services on the entire information space of the public administration.
