Rezumat

Simple hybrids of Salvia sclarea L. have been created with the help of of inbred lines with different geographical origin and genetic that bloom profusely in Ii, II and III of vegetation. Studied hybrids have high content of essential oil and different terms of technical maturity. Concomitan cultivation of simple hybrids would allow to extend the harvest period to 20-25 days. Due to the fact that each hybrid is harvested in optimal terms, when the production of flowers is the highest and essential oil content is highest, losses of raw materials and essential oil are excluded. Hybrids‘s plants have size of 76.6-113.1cm inflorescence length of 40.6-61.3cm, the number of ramifications first degree ranging from 10.4 to 15.4, and the number of ramifications of the second degree from 10.6 to 19.6. The content of essential oil separated by hydrodistillation can vary with the hybrids from 0.779% (dry matter) to 1.762% (dry matter). The essential oil has been separated from the fresh flowers by hydrodistillation in devices Ginsberg.
