This article examines the issue of licensing and certification of information security in the Czech Republic, identified a government agency responsible for the certification of technical facilities, information systems, as well as cryptographic information security tools, lists the legislative acts that regulate the work of this agency, its organizational structure, and also information about the TEMPEST certification program presented, which was developed in the US and is supported by the Czech Republic, which is responsible for the certification of technical facilities and the licensing of their manufacturers. |
