Rezumat | ||||||
Pilates is considered an ideal system, involving both the body and the mind. The Pilates method ensures the harmonious development of the body. The mind takes control of the body, involving the work of all the muscles in a balanced way, starting from the deep ones, which are rarely stimulated to the peripheral ones. Concentration to maintain certain positions and to work only certain muscles ensures the person that makes them stronger, will help burn more calories and tone the body. In addition, breathing is very important in Pilates because it helps to keep your attention. Pilates practitioners will notice some similarities in movements and yoga concepts. |
