Is a complex category, the property can be interpreted in several ways. Ownership was considered at all times as the main real right. Throughout the history of legal regulation of ownership has evolved immense. In reality, ownership is an absolute right compared to other rights. When the appropriation shall be protected and guaranteed by the state, the property takes a legal garb. Being one of the components of human society indenspensabile property and the right to it and found expression in numerous national and international laws. In this context, the Constitution contains a number of legal provisions that reveal the contents of economic, social and legal status of the property. In this article we will refer only to some of them. |
