В статье рассматриваются другие признаки объективной стороны состава преступления, предусмотренного ст. 330 УК Украины, кроме общественно опасного деяния и способа совершения преступления, которые предварительно уже являлись предметом других исследований автора. Раскрывается содержание понятий «тяжкие последствия» и «интересы государства». Отмечается обязательность установления причинной связи между общественно опасным деянием, предусмотренным ст. 330 УК Украины, и наступлением общественно опасных последствий. Отмечается существование зависимости между способом и местом совершения преступления. Предоставляется авторская классификация средств и орудий совершения преступления. The article deals with other signs of the objective part of the crime, stipulated in Art. 330 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in addition to a socially dangerous act. It is determined that the composition of this crime in Part 1 of Art. 330 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is a formal one when, as in Part 2 of Art. 330 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – material. The content of the concepts of “grave consequences” and “interests of the state” is revealed. It is emphasized on the necessity of establishing a causal link between socially dangerous acts provided for in Art. 330 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the occurrence of socially dangerous consequences. The content of optional evidence of the objective side of this crime is revealed: place, time, situation, way, tools or means of committing a crime. It is emphasized that there is a relationship between the way and the place where the crime was committed. Author’s classification of tools and tools for committing a crime is provided
