Acest articol prezintă istoria şi dezvoltarea artei acompaniamentului de la apariţie şi până azi. Cuprinde o mare perioadă, datorită faptului că istoria acompaniamentului este înrădăcinată în era preistorică. Autorul oferă o descriere a instrumen-telor vechi, care au însoţit cântăreţii. El vorbeşte despre impactul dezvoltării homofono-armonice de schimbare şi comple-xitate a sarcinilor acompaniatorului. El a remarcat rolul valoros al maestrului de concert pentru activităţile de pianist, pianist-acompaniator, precum şi pentru pianist-solist.

This article traces the history of the emergence and development of art accompaniment. It covers a huge period of time, due to the fact that the history of the accompaniment is rooted in the prehistoric era. The author gives a description of ancient instruments, which accompanied singers. They speak about the impact of development of homophone-harmonic letter to change and complexity of accompanist's tasks. It is noted the enriched role of accompanist's activity for the pianist, as for a pianist-accompanist, so for the pianist-soloist.
