Current changes of the environment represent the major threats to the sustainable development and are one of the biggest problems, with negative consequences on the national economy. The accelerated pace of these changes is shareholder and by the manifestation of extreme events, which in recent years become more intense and frequent. Unfortunately, we find that so far, there is not an identification of risk factors commonly accepted also there is not basic scientific information that would allow optimal spatial organization of territorial systems. The results will guide the development of the Atlas "Natural and Antropogenic Risk Factors" which will be developed through Geographical Information Systems.
