Rezumat

In this research was expounded the treatment analyses on 30 patients with associated injuries of pancreas and duodenum. These traumas in 80% cases were associated with the injuries of the other intra-abdominal organs. The diagnosis stipulated for the intra-operative revision in abdomen open injuries, and dynamical monitoring with USG, X-ray and laboratory test application in close traumas, which did not need surgical intervention. The diagnosis was checked by laparoscopy. The results of medico-surgical treatment of the patients with pancreato-duodenal associated injuries were analyzed in dependence on the type of intervention and the modality of the surgical techniques. Was demonstrated, that at the patients where the duodenum was excluded, the skeptical complication frequency and the fatality prevailed to those who endured elementary revision, homeostasis and bursoomentostomy: 20% vs. 0%; 60% vs. 50%.
