The study is dedicated to on outstanding personality from Bessarabia in the second half of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, in the period of Tsarist rule, Ioan Nicolae Halippa. Some qualities of this personality were studied – his research in the fields of Bessarabian history, education, and his contribution to maintaining the Romanian spirituality in this province. |
