The paper presents the succinct analysis of articles and documents collection which have been published recently in Iaşi (2006) and is devoted to the Romanian urban civilization in medieval and pre-modern period. The author reveals the actuality of the published studies, their innovating character, their documental ground and their importance for the investigation of urban civilization. The reviewer makes a classification of documents in which are reflected some aspects of history of the two capitals of Romanian countries – Bucureşti and Iaşi, he mentions the historically value of documents which had been selected and published by Petronel Zahariuc and Ioan Caproşu. |
