In this article in the basis of the new documents from the archive, is presented the creation process of the main higher education institutions of Moldova – Moldova State University (MSU). It is shown the battle of different currents in the administration of the Republic, which had different visions regarding the actions of the MSU rector Ivan
Leonov, undertaken for the opening of the university. |
