Рассмотрены особенности процесса планирования расследования пыток. Доказано, что планирование расследования пыток является методом организации досудебного расследования, суть которого заключается в определении очередности следственных (розыскных) действий, в зависимости от имеющейся следственной ситуации, которые нужно применять для установления обстоятельств, подлежащих доказыванию в уголовном производстве

The peculiarities of the process of planning the investigation of torture are considered. It is proved that the planning of the investigation of torture is a method of organizing a pre-trial investigation, the essence of which is to determine the order of investigators (investigations), depending on the existing investigative situation, which should be used to establish the circumstances to be proved in the criminal proceedings.
