We carried out the study of the mechanism of action of pesticides: Zenkor, Lontrel, Roundup, Kuzagard, Sethoxydim, Basagran, Tachigaren, Tilt. It was shown that these compounds are not selective with respect to different types of plants. They belong to different classes of chemical compounds. They all form bidentate metal complexes with microelements, which causes a dramatic increase in toxicity. Pesticides and their metal complexes react with mono-, di-, polynucleotides, enzymatic systems and cell membrane lipids. The formation of 2- or 3-component complex systems, blocking the biological decomposition and leading to bio- accumulation. Complex formation with adenosine triphosphate leads to energy deficiency cells, inhibition of energy metabolism. Pesticides are show genotoxic after metabolic activation. The cell listed chemical reactions occur simultaneously. The pesticides are hazardous chemical toxicants, whose application in practice of agricultural production leads to the chemical contamination of soil and threatens the nation's health. The use of pesticides and herbicides has long ceased to boost yields [1,2]. Accumulation in environmental systems has led to some negative consequences. The literature data show that pesticides causes most of the diseases of people [3,4]. On Environment and Development, the United Nations Conference in 1986 acknowledged the predominant pesticides environmental pollutants [5]. The scale of the use of pesticides, herbicides and plant growth accelerators and animals are not reduced. Manufacturers change the names of drugs or to create genetically modified plants that are resistant to a specific pesticide. As a result, despite medical advances, the number of patients is growing steadily. Disconnect this vicious circle can only be stopping the use of pesticides in agricultural production.
