1,2,4-Triazole, pyridine and pyrimidine derivatives are more distinct from other heterocyclic compounds by their antimicrobial and antifungal properties, as well as reduced toxicity. This paper aims to elucidate the structure-activity relationship. The investigation of antifungal properties was performed on Candida albicans strains. The reference substance was Nistatine, used in medicine to treat candidiasis. Conclusion: The studied compounds demonstrate antifungal activity at the reference level or even 2.5 times higher than Nystatin.
