Статья посвящена исследованию опыта некоторых европейских стран в сфере формирования объединённых территориальных общин. Автором раскрыты исторические и правовые особенности объединения территориальных общин в таких странах, как Бельгия, Великобритания, Германия, Франция и других. Выявлены позитивные изменения, которые стали следствием проведённой муниципальной реформы в указанных странах Европы. На основании проведённого научно-правового анализа разработаны некоторые рекомендации относительно внедрения положительного опыта отдельных европейских государств в национальное законодательство Украины в сфере дальнейшего развития муниципальной реформы и формирования объединённых территориальных общин

The article is devoted to the study of the experience of some European countries in the formation of united territorial communities. The author reveals the historical and legal features of the association of territorial communities in such countries as Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France and others. The positive changes that have resulted from the municipal reform in these countries of Europe are revealed. On the basis of the conducted scientific and legal analysis, some recommendations have been developed regarding the introduction of the positive experience of individual European states into the national legislation of Ukraine in the area of further development of municipal reform and the formation of united territorial communities
