Rezumat

One of vital problems at the production of building materials is a decline of energy and material consumption of raw materials at the production of eventual wares. An important moment is receiving of materials for building based on local raw material. Among them, one of such widespread materials in the republic is quartz sand, which is traditionally used as a basic component at the production of silicate materials - a silicate brick, stone, gas-silicate heat-insulating products. The magnetofluidised layer can become one of effective methods of management of quality of the crushed materials used at construction. Features of devices with a magnetofluidised layer when crushing hard materials are shock loads of high frequency and friction force which lead not only to crushing of disperse hard materials, but also to activation of their surface due to deformation of a crystal lattice. Use of a magnetofluidised layer in production of different construction materials, such as the nano-modified concrete, cement with high milling fineness, heavy-duty silicate brick, foamglass, silicalcit and etc. is of huge interest. As a research object we chose quartz sand from different fields of Moldova and raw mixes of sand and not extinguished lime which, as we know, is a basis of limy and silicic knitting, and also bergmeal, diatomite, shell rock, plaster, etc. During the researches of properties of the materials prepared with use of the above-stated methods it was noticed that the content of untied calcium oxide in raw mix during mechanochemical influence considerably decreased. Other factor of influence of mechanoactivation is, the established by means of the X-ray phase analysis, insignificant expansion of the main peak of quartz caused by deformation of a crystal grid and accumulation in it of internal stresses that leads to amorphicity of a surface of quartz and promotes in turn increase in its reaction capacity. Can be an example of influence of mechanoactivation on structural changes in samples changes on the roentgenogram of samples at their processing in a magnetofluidised layer that is shown in the form of an intensive diffusion halo in the area 10-30 2ϴ of the activated sample, which almost twice more intensively, than in case of not activated sample. Availability of this defect causes higher degree of disorder of structure of initial material that promotes increase in its reaction capacity at interaction with components of a blend of a silicate product.
