Rezumat

Now the area of information technologies actively develops. In fight to a counterfeit close attention is paid to creation of information systems on identification of material resources, in particular, when forming databases of the material resources made of electroconductive materials, for example parts of machines, in particular, of separate units of vehicles (the chassis, engines, etc.), artillery trunks of average and large calibers and any other objects by which production creation of identification databases is appropriate.  The ways of marking offered earlier an alphanumeric code have a number of shortcomings: they are bulky, expensive and technology are not always safe; the received code has the essential size; for marking of a detail often it is necessary to process all part.  We developed a way of drawing alphanumeric codes on an identification tag the tool manufactured by method of electroerosive cutting by a wire electrode and electrochemical etching, entering into memory of the computer of alphanumeric codes and the subsequent identification by comparison of an identification alphanumeric code and the individual picture with earlier registered.  The singularity of the offered way is that process is carried out by production of an alphanumeric electrode so that through previously stitched technology opening or a side surface of preparation from copper or brass the processing wire is entered. To it under a tension by an electric erosion machining method according to the software cut out a through configuration of an alphanumeric code in preparation. Then direct copying of a form of a through configuration of an electrode on the label tool and drawing by the received tag tool on an object (as a tag of the identified part) method of electrochemical etching follows. As feature of a way it is possible to recognize that except letters and digits it is possible to create different badges, logos. An opportunity to receive signs of a different form on the processed preparation, as with the closed, and opened contour is by an electric erosion machining method by means of a wire.  The tag on a detail for bigger originality consists of several alternating signs - letters, digits, badges. Each element of a tag is made separately and then in the set sequence is applied on a detail. But the alphanumeric code can consist of several signs with transitions for a wire between them. Such code, in a type of lack of stochasticity, can be used together with an identification tag as, for example, a tag of the producer (firm, the plant, the country, etc.).  If the tag is put under pressure (blow, a press), then use hard alloys, hardened steels. If the tag is put with electrochemical etching, then use copper or brass. If the tag is applied on different plastic, plastics, etc. (the label tool before drawing a tag is warmed up to softening point of the corresponding material), then use any steel, etc.  Technical result of a method is not only drawing an alphanumeric code linewidth up to 100 microns, but also a possibility of marking of large objects, thanks to the fact that marking is carried out by the small manufactured tool and it is not necessary to subject to processing all part.
