Rezumat

The variety of sputter-ion technologies allows developing essentially new identification technologies. Using sputter-ion technology became possible to carry out identification of paper documents, for example: information protection of national currency, financial documents, bills, commercial contracts, etc. For this purpose on the protected paper document by means of a spark discharge near a digital code of a product a set of perforation with the subsequent removal and saving information on the area and a form of these perforations was put.  Demand of this technology provided interest in production of different devices for its application. But, the installations generally developed provide production of single information tags, and the need for ensuring serial production of the linear protected barcodes.  The developed sputter-ion installation allows making serially tape continuous information protected barcodes. Installation has the grounded electrode with the mechanism of movement and the electrode established with a gap concerning the grounded electrode and connected to a high-voltage current source. At the same time the high-voltage electrode, is executed in the form of a number of sharpened ledges, connected to a high-voltage current source via the block of distribution of impulses and established on a dielectric support. On the grounded electrode the position frame for installation of previously made strips of barcodes is established (standard sheet with strips of barcodes) with it is central located is information the protected sites. The grounded electrode is executed with a possibility of movement of rather dielectric support and supplied with the mechanism of uniform linear movement.  At connection of an electrode to a high-voltage current source between the sharpened ledges and the grounded electrode there are spark discharges. At turning on of the mechanism providing uniform linear movement of the grounded electrode a spark discharge moves on all length of established it is information the protected sites. In case of trace amount of perforation it is possible to provide at the same time repeated linear movements over sites. After achievement of the necessary number of perforation on each barcode (them there has to be from 10 to 100) process is stopped, the electrode is disconnected from a high-voltage source, discharge all high-voltage contour and replace standard sheet with following.  Technical result of use of this device is obtaining the protected barcodes, the necessary length and quantity, thanks to the fact that the design of the device allows not to be limited longwise and also to add additional sharpened electrodes, increasing thereby quantity of at the same time made barcodes.
