This article reports the results of an investigation performed to assess the influence of the temperature, medium pH, and cultivation duration on the multiplication of the Saccharomyces
cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-21 yeast strains and carbohydrate biosynthesis. It has been found that the optimal temperature for the multiplication of the above yeast strains is 15°С, and the maximal carbohydrate content in the biomass is accumulated in a stationary phase of growth, when the duration of cultivation is 120 hours. It has been established that the optimal medium pH for carbohydrate biosynthesis is 5.5. |

Установлено, что оптимальной для размножения вышеуказанных штаммов является температура 15°С, а для синтеза углеводов 20°С. Mаксимальное количество углеводов накапливается в биомассе дрожжей в стационарной фазе роста поcле 120 часов культивирования.
