The present research paper provides new information on the influence of Fe3O4 nanoparticles of size 10 nm, 30 nm and 100 nm on Rhodosporidium toruloides CNMN-Y-30 pigmented yeast. It was established that the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase and superoxide dismutase content in the studied strain has been modified depending on the size and concentrations of nanoparticles. It was demonstrated that adaptive response of yeasts Rhodosporidium toruloides CNMN-Y-30 to the presence of nanoparticles Fe3O4 with size of 10 nm and 30 nm in limits of concentration 0.5-30.0 mg/l is expressed as decrease of catalase activity by 32.3-64.4% and 17.1...61.3% compared to the control, respectively. Nanoparticles Fe3O4 with size of 50-100 nm in concentration of 10...30 mg/L contributed to the reduction of activity of antioxidant enzyme catalase and growth of activity of superoxid dismutase. |
