Rezumat

In the present scientific endeavor, the issue of professional satisfaction and its impact on organizational performance is addressed. Professional satisfaction plays an important role in employee behavior, which makes them to take some decisions about staying or leaving the organization. These decisions directly or indirectly affect organizational performance. Having as a starting point the above mentioned facts, a quantitative study has been carried out to see what is most dissatisfied the employees of the organizations in the Republic of Moldova. As respondents were HR managers or staff representatives from organizations that were included in the survey. They had to express their opinion on three categories of employees: workers, specialists and managers. After processing the information, it was found that there are a multitude of factors that cause professional dissatisfaction among employees.
