Rezumat

The analysis of local public authorities and civil society institutions efforts in the development of local communities is of particular interest as the credibility of citizens in civil society institutions is declining, especially at the local level. Therefore, in our article we will analyse the situation of three districts - Şoldăneşti, Orhei and Cahul to determine to what extent they can contribute to solving the problems in the district. We will also examine the role of cooperation and assistance partnerships with other public and private institutions in mobilizing the community.
