A wide spectrum of controversial aspects related to the process of assuring of human security in conditions of transition of informational society and of resizing of axiological system of democratic values are stressed in the article, in the context of globalization and aggravation of the global crisis. The field of assuring of human security has a special importance in conditions of amplification of multidimensional global crisis, regarding all sides of social life, profoundly affecting also the private life of citizens, menacing with disappearance even the whole manhood. The major role of assuring human security in the process of overpassing global crisis is invaluable, since it comes to combine the most diverse and most performing methodologies, technologies and resources in the way of achieving the proposed objective. For the realization of overtaking the global crisis and of assuring the survival for the humanhood in optimal conditions, there are involved important human forces such as of intellectual kind but also informational technologies, for theoretical and practical elaboration of the plan and program for exit from the global crisis by creation and establishing informational society, for optimal implementing of these strategies. The strengthened informational society by the positive and creative potential of the process of securitization of the public practices of counteraction to the global crisis through intellectualization of society, meaning enhancing of the significance and social role of intellectuality or by securitization of social processes through raising the level of protection of human communities and of the human being in situation of fast development of potentially dangerous technologies and knowledge.
