Rezumat

Implementation of OER is in line with the Education Development Strategy for the years 2014-2020 “Education 2020”. Using OER allows lifelong learning and can be combined with traditional learning. The idea of opening education belongs to MIT in the 1990s, but the concept of OER was approved by UNESCO in 2002. Using OER offers a number of advantages such as flexibility of learning time, free access to educational resources. In Moldova, open education is promoted by the PRO Didactica Educational Center, which promotes national and inertial OER. The experience of using such resources by other countries shows that they are mainly applicable to higher education.
