The growth and exploitation of animals and birds is largely conditioned by the conditions in which they are reared as to achieve their genetic potential. Concomitantly, there are several stressors that affect both the health and the productivity of the animals. An important aspect of the physiological status in animals and birds is the trypsin-antitrypsin system. Namely, the study in question is dedicated to investigating the influence, in two regimes of use, of the BioR remedy obtained from spirulina platensis on the trypsin-antitrypsin system in adult quails placed on reconditioning. It has been established that the tested remedy does not adversely affect the animal body at the general or local level. In parallel, it was found that the BioR remedy does not affect the function of the nominated system, but on the contrary contributes to the improvement of this system when administered twice consecutively. |
