Proposed is a new structure of the curricula for the dual vocational education and training as well as the methodology for their development. This methodology is based on the widespread use of time allocation schemes, course unit coherence schemes and learning unit coherence schemes. In order to facilitate the interaction between educational institutions and economic agents, a new methodology for the designing of plans for training in educational institutions and at economic agents is proposed. The proposed methodology ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the training processes, their orientation towards achieving the learning outcomes stipulated in the qualifications of the respective professions / specialties.
