research focuses on the immune status of patients with phylloid and fibrosarcomal tumors of mammary glands, the dynamics of IgA, IgM, IgG and CD4, CD8, CD16, CDHLA in the diagnosis and surgical treatment. Secondary immunodeficiency induced by the tumor process is demonstrated. Prevalence of depression in patients with fibrosarcomas with 1.5, p< 0.05, decreased indices especially during the postoperative period showing marked immunodepression (59.3 11.5%). The necessity of further immunophenotypic researches and the continuation of immunophenotypic and molecular researches genetics of phylloid and fibrosarcoma tumors. |
