ERRE framework system of teaching consists of three phases and it is a good model of the best way people learn. The model describes the process of thinking in which participants in the course of professional development are included before the process of learning, during the process and after the learning process. With this approach to teaching and learning students’ motivation is encouraged. The active problem solving approach to learning contributes to the development of critical thinking, work habits and needs to learn, which are the basis of individual growth and development of each individual. |
