The article includes an analysis of the procedure for the promulgation of laws and the control of laws before promulgation as the legal operations of the post-parliamentary phase of the legislative process. The focus is mainly on the latest innovations brought by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova in terms of extending its competence to carry out a priori constitutionality control and recognition of the Head of State’s right to notice the constitutional court for carrying out the control of the constitutionality of the law before promulgation. |
