The study is devoted to the activity and role of agricultural enterprises, founded on associative principles,in the development of agriculture of the Republic of Moldova (Limited Liability Companies,Agricultural Production Cooperatives and Joint Stock Companies). Agriculture, in the Republic of Moldova, is dominated by several legal forms of organization based both on individual and associative principles. Each of these forms requires a separate study. However, the future of agriculture and its progress will depend on the harmonious development of both individual and associative enterprises. Agriculture represents the field in which the legal forms of organization were influenced the most by the process of economic reform and the implementation of market relations. This reform changed the essence of production process in agriculture - the property. State monopoly on land own ership and other agricultural goods, has been transformed into private property.
