Rezumat

In vitro screening of the culture medium of the bacterium Bacillus cereus var. fluorescens CNMN-BB-07 in its initial concentration (V1) as well as diluted into the state of 1:50 (V2), 1:100 (V3) and 1:200(V4) with the nematode D.dipsaci (Kuhn,1857) – a parasite in the garlic, allowed demonstrating a high thanatoid efficiency of variant V1 – a 98,5-100% rate of mortality in the timeframe 24-48 hours. The culture medium of the strain Bacillus cereus var. fluorescens CNMN-BB-07 also revealed nematocidal activity in its diluted state 1:50 (V1), 1:100 (V2) and 1:200(V3). The thanatoid effect at 48 hours constituted correspondingly 50%, 40% and 27,3 %. For the sake of in vitro testing (of the culture medium with the seed material infested with D.dipsaci) and avoiding phytotoxic effect on the plants development in the vegetative growth, the remedy was applied by the use of its diluted state such as variant V3 (1:100) and V4 (1:200).
