В статье проанализирована реализация безвизового режима с ЕС-стран Восточного Партнерства (Молдовы, Грузии, Украины). Раскрываются основные положительные последствия безвизового режима в этих странах (консолидация чувства человеческого достоинства свободы передвижения, проевропейской ориентации населения, возросшая мобильность граждан, рост ценности национального гражданства / паспорта, развитие транспортной инфраструктуры миграции и др.). В то же время анализируются негативные последствия (рост количества нарушений безвизового режима (нелегальных мигрантов и псевдо-беженцев и др.). В статье освещаются оcновные направления и меры по консолидации безвизового режима стран Восточного партнерства с ЕС.

The following article analyzes the implementation of the EU visa-free regime in the Eastern Partnership countries (Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine). The main positive consequences of the visa-free regime inthese countries (the consolidation of the sense of human dignity and freedom of mobility, the population’s pro-European orientation, increased citizen mobility, an increase of value of the national citizenship / passport, development of transport infrastructure for migration and other) are revealed. At the same time, the negative consequences (increase of the number of visa-free regime violations (irregular mi-grants and pseudo-refugees, etc.) are also analyzed.
