Стаття присвячена аналізу рішень Європейського суду з прав людини за заявами громадян у сфері охорони здоров’я, що стосуються порушень Європейської конвенції про захист прав людини й основоположних свобод. Розглядаються різні за своїм змістом рішення Європейського суду з прав людини з метою визначення місця міжнародної судової практики у сфері захисту прав пацієнтів у національному законодавстві.

The article is devoted to the analysis of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights on public health complaints concerning violations of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Various content of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights is considered in order to determine the place of international judicial practice in the field of the protection of patients’ rights in national legislation.
