Представленный материал посвящен труду медицинских работников. Статья 36 Конституции Республики Молдова гарантирует право на охрану здоровья. Реализация этого важнейшего права во многом зависит от медицинских работников. В средствах массовой информации сообщается о том, что многие медицинские работники, недовольные условиями своего труда, уезжают в другие страны. Актуальность темы обусловлена значением и ролью медицинских работников в реализации конституционного права на охрану здоровья и недостаточной освещенностью этой темы в юридической литературе молдавских учёных.

Materialul prezentat este dedicat muncii lucrătorilor medicali. Articolul 36 din Constituția Republicii Moldova garantează drepturile la protecția sănătății. Realizarea acestui drept cel mai important depinde în mare măsură de lucrătorii medicali. Mass-media a raportat că mulți lucrători medicali, nemulțumiți de condițiile muncii lor, pleacă în alte țări. Relevanța subiectului este determinată de importanța și rolul lucrătorilor medicali în implementarea dreptului constituțional la îngrijiri medicale și de iluminarea insuficientă a acestui subiect în literatura de specialitate a oamenilor de știință moldoveni.

The presented material is devoted to the work of medical workers. Article 36 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova guarantees the rights to health protection. The realization of this most important right largely depends on medical workers. The media reported that many medical workers, dissatisfied with the conditions of their work, leave for other countries. The relevance of the topic is determined by the importance and role of medical workers in the implementation of the constitutional right to health care and insufficient illumination of this topic in the legal literature of Moldovan scientists.
