Rezumat

The analyses of the thermal and electrical parameters of secondary milk products during the electrophysical treatment are presented. The arguments are provided concerning the necessity to control temperature and its effect on the final product quality, the energy consumption and optimal time for the protein isolation. The results could be used in the design and elaboration of membrane electrolyzers and thermostabilizing systems, as well as in technological processes that result in an increase of the energy efficiency.
