It is known and widely accepted the fact that logic is the science of right thinking. Depending on how much the logic is involved in different spheres of realities, it can be divided in two categories: pure and applied logic. The Law in general, represents a system of rules, and its approach, both lawyers and logicians agree, must be from a logic point of view. The logic system of law consists of a structure of provisions divided in branches, subdivisions, legal institutions, principles, notions, concepts, and legal rules formed as a result of analyzing the legislative system or as a result of ideological charges imposed by the political regime.
